We were asked to convert this tiered one bedroom flat, on Gloucester Road SW7, into a two bedroom, 2 ensuite bathroom property. Through innovative design and drawing upon our extensive experience of this kind of conversion projects, we managed to make the space appear much bigger than before but with the same footprint. We maximised the living space and added another bedroom and bathroom through our clever design tactics and building skill. The property has seen an uplift in value of over £300,000.
